This Agreement is made between Prosperity Planning LLC (hereinafter "Coach") and [Client's Name] (hereinafter "Client"). By using our services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
The Coach agrees to provide a paid coaching service that focuses on credit, income, and tax strategies. The service will be delivered through phone calls. The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions of this coaching relationship.
Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: The services provided by the Coach are for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. The Client is encouraged to seek the advice of a qualified professional for matters that require licensed expertise.
No Guarantees: The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, as to any specific outcome or result. The Client is solely responsible for their decisions and actions.
The Client agrees to be an active participant in the coaching process. The Client is responsible for:
Providing honest and accurate information.
Attending all scheduled sessions on time.
Making timely payments as outlined in this Agreement.
Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Coach a fee of $150 for the services rendered.
Payment Method: All payments will be processed securely through a third-party payment processor, Stripe
Refunds: All fees are non-refundable.
The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality about all coaching sessions and will not disclose any information about the Client without their written consent, except where required by law.
All coaching materials, including but not limited to, worksheets, guides, and other resources provided by the Coach, are the intellectual property of Prosperity Planning LLC. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
By opting into or participating in any of our text messaging services (including SMS), you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile phone number you provided. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing communications. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt-out of our text messaging services at any time by replying to any message with the word "STOP." You may receive a final confirmation message from us indicating that you have been unsubscribed.

You can add this section to your existing Terms of Service document to ensure you are compliant with all regulations.
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. The Client agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state in the event of a dispute.
