Referral Program Terms

Effective Date: August 27, 2025 • Program: Prosperity Planning LLC Referral Program

1. Reward

$25 per new paying client referred via your unique link (/refer/CODE). One reward per referred person/household ever.

2. Qualifying Event

Referred friend must book and pay for a first service (Stripe invoice marked paid in Odoo). Booking alone does not qualify. Payment is verified by our team.

3. No Self-Referral

You cannot refer yourself. Email and phone are matched — self-referrals are rejected and audited.

4. No Duplicates

One reward per referred email/phone for the life of the program. If the same person is referred by multiple people, only the first attribution counts.

5. Payout

Rewards are created as pending and you are notified. Payout via your chosen method (Zelle/check/other) within 14 days. Manual verification — we may request W-9 at $550 paid (required by law at $600/yr for 1099-NEC).

6. Attribution

90-day cookie from /refer/CODE or optional Referred by field on our forms. Verbal referrals without code: add the code/name on the form.

7. Program Changes

Prosperity Planning LLC may modify or end the program at any time. Fraud or gaming voids rewards. If any service involves securities advice, solicitor rules apply — consult before referring for investment advice.
